The purpose of this White Paper is to present Sports D³ (D-Cubed Ventures OÜ), its technology, business model, and the SD3 token to potential token holders in connection with the proposed Token Offering(s). This English-language White Paper is the primary official source of information about the SD3 token. The information contained herein may be translated into other languages. PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS

Sports D³ equity and/or SD3 utility token offering(s) will be open to the global public with the sale restrictions to citizens or residents of the following jurisdictions: USA, Canada, People’s Republic of China, North Korea, Syria, Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Iran, and other jurisdictions where transactions with digital tokens are prohibited by law.

KYC/AML COMPLIANCE

Transactions during private pre-sale and regular sale of $SD3 token in the amount exceeding €2,000 will require token-buyer to go through the KYC verification process. Transactions in the amount exceeding €50,000 will require token-buyer to provide supporting Proof of Funds (PoF) documentation. SD3 team reserves the right to retain services of 3rd party KYC services providers for verification processes. This includes the reliance on KYC procedures administered by 3rd party crowdfunding platforms and launch pads. SD3 team reserves the right to refuse any token-buyer participation if he/she fails to meet the KYC & POF verification requirements.

KELLOGG NON-AFFILIATION CLAUSE

Sports D³ (D-Cubed Ventures OÜ) represents and warrants to token-holders that neither Sports D³ nor its principals or subsidiaries are affiliated with Kellogg School of Management or Northwestern University.

Sports D³ (D-Cubed Ventures OÜ) has no ownership interest in Kellogg School of Management-Northwestern University (Kellogg). Kellogg has no ownership interest in Sports D³ (D-Cubed Ventures OÜ). There is no agreement pursuant to which Sports D³ (D-Cubed Ventures OÜ) would merge or consolidate with Kellogg, or to which Sports D³ (D-Cubed Ventures OÜ) is authorized to use brand or tradenames.
